本列表依年齡長幼排列記錄經認證的超級人瑞（年齡超過110歲者）。據估計已有150到600人活到了110歲[1][2] ，不過受限於部分區域地理偏遠與年代久遠等資訊流通問題，導致並非所有人瑞都在某時間點上被相關研究組織得知，故現今仍無法完整確定真實數字。此外某些紀錄申請也可能帶有自稱或欺詐性而無法被公正機構（如老年醫學研究組織（英语：Gerontology Research Group）或吉尼斯世界紀錄）驗證。2018年7月22日，日本人都千代去世後，其同胞田中加子接替成為在世最長壽人瑞。[3]
